The Jonas Brothers member, 34, and the Game of Thrones alum, 27, who married in 2019, bought the Florida home in 2021 for $11 million, but put it on the market just a year later.
The sprawling 10,414-square-foot home comes complete with six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, countless living areas, a chef’s kitchen, formal dining room, game room, state-of-the-art spa, full-service two-sided bar, two swimming pools, and a private jetty of 30 meters.

It’s unclear where the singer and actress will live now that they’ve sold the house, but Sophie hinted in April that she wanted to move back to the UK – where she’s from

They also bought an apartment in New York City for $5.6 million in 2018, but it was reportedly put on the market for $5.9 million in 2020. It is unknown if they ever sold it.
Located in Manhattan’s trendy Nolita neighborhood, the 2,900-square-foot apartment has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a 450-foot private deck.
Sophie hinted in April that she wanted to move back to the UK – where she’s from.
At the time she explained, “The chocolate is not good, the chips are not good. It’s not the same (in America).
“I’m slowly dragging my husband back… England would ideally be the final destination, but Joe may need some convincing.”
