Sophie Monk stuns passengers on a Virgin Australia flight with shock act
Sophie Monk shocked passengers on a Virgin Australia flight this week when she played a flight attendant.
The Love Island host, 44, shared a video on Instagram of herself guiding passengers through the mandatory pre-flight safety instructions.
Sophie looked confident in her new role as she expertly guided the cabin through the inflatable vest tutorial.
She pointed out the exits of the plane before demonstrating how to properly attach the oxygen masks.
There was a lot of nervous laughter coming from the passengers in the clip.
Sophie said it was a childhood dream of hers to become a flight attendant.
“The @virginaustralia crew made me live my flight attendant dream,” she wrote, complementing the comment with a “winking face with tongue” emoji.
Sophie cut a casual figure for her flight, wearing a form-fitting white tank top under a tan cardigan.

The bombshell appeared on the third season of the reality TV show in 2017, where she dated a group of men for several weeks in an attempt to find true love.
In February, she shared an insight into what it was like filming for the hit reality show, revealing how she would secretly endure long days of filming.
Appearing on The Hundred with Andy Lee, Sophie said she would kiss her potential suitors early on because the producers would then let her continue filming.
Host Andy, 42, recalled his backstage chat with Sophie in which she revealed her show secret as he told the audience.
‘I asked Soph how long the days were on The Bachelorette and she said, “They were long, but the producer said if you kissed them they would normally finish sooner because that’s all they need.”

She then confirmed, “They said they would give me an early grade if I kissed them. So I was like, “Hey, shut up. Stop talking.”‘
Sophie was also asked how many men she had kissed in one day on The Bachelorette, to which she replied: “No more than… quite a few to be honest.”
She currently lives with her husband Joshua Gross, whom she married in 2022.
The couple exchanged vows at their NSW Central Coast home after eloping together.
