Sophie Monk has sold her investment property on the Gold Coast River.
While the price hasn’t been revealed, property records show that the 44-year-old Love Island Australia host has the five-bedroom, three-bathroom home for $1.1 million in 2016.
The Helensvale property, which sits on a sprawling 4,018 square meter block, was recently vacated by tenants who rented the house for $1,200 a week.
Built in the late 1990s, the renovated property features five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a boat ramp with direct access to the river.
The house also has a renovated kitchen with a large stone worktop.

When Sophie listed the property for rent in 2021, the leasing agent told Realestate.com.au that a house on a large block is rare to find.
