Sophie Monk recreates the incredibly bizarre trick she performed live on television twenty years ago

Sophie Monk has shocked fans by recreating a bizarre musical trick she first performed live on television 20 years ago.

The reality TV presenter, 43, appeared on Channel Seven’s short-lived chat show Greeks on the Roof in 2003 and wowed the studio audience by playing two recorders with her nose.

The blonde beauty looked confident and stylish as she performed Three Blind Mice with her nostrils to the iconic woodwind section.

And on Monday, the former singer repeated the breathtaking stunt in a video posted by news.com.au.

“I’m a bit rusty and I really need to get it in, so let me take a look,” says a nervous Sophie before sticking the mouthpiece of the recorder up her nostril.

Sophie then played the first few notes of the iconic nursery rhyme before dropping the instruments and laughing.

“You got the first piece, right?” she joked.

When it comes to preparing one of her favorite meals – tuna and salad – the 43-year-old blonde beauty uses the bathroom as a kitchenette to catch the scent of the notoriously smelly dish.

Sophie opened up about her strange habit during an appearance on Channel Nine The Hundred with Andy Lee in August.

The panel, including Sophie, responded to a statistic showing that half of the Australian population thought tuna was a no-no in the workplace.

Sophie said she made her lunch in the toilet because she was afraid of being judged.

“I have to admit, I love tuna and salad, but I’m going to go to the bathroom and open it (the tuna) and then mix it in and go back,” she said during the segment.

After she made the confession, loud gasps could be heard from the live studio audience, leading to a confused Sophie.
