Sophie Guidolin’s fans are alarmed to hear that the very slim fitness influencer works out ‘4 to 5 times a day’
Sophie Guidolin sparked health concerns on Thursday after making the alarming admission that she works out ‘4 to 5 times a day’.
The fitness influencer, 34, shared a video on Instagram showing off her very slim figure in a bikini as she discussed her healthy day on a plate.
A fan asked Sophie how many times a day she works out to maintain her athletic figure – and followers were shocked by her response.
“Four to five times a day, depending,” Guidolin replied.
Followers were baffled by the frequency of her workout routine and asked Sophie to confirm that she had actually meant it daily rather than weekly.

The handsome man has since been identified as Sydney-based professional boxer Valentine Borg, 30.
The athlete, who goes by the nickname Valentine ‘Bring It’ Borg, rose to prominence in the boxing world in 2014 after competing for the International Boxing Organization’s world lightweight title.
Like former professional bodybuilder Sophie, Valentine’s passion for sports and fitness fueled his career.
The sighting followed Sophie’s bitter divorce from Gold Coast dentist Dr Andrew Firgaira after just four months of marriage.
