Sophie Guidolin has opened a bizarre post about what she finds most disgusting in the gym.

The 34-year-old fitness influencer shared a pre-recorded Instagram reel with her 562,000 followers on Wednesday, where she revealed her ‘gym ick’.

The IFBB Bikini Pro explained that her biggest pet peeve was seeing other people touching their own “face at the gym.”

Sophie claimed the act was disgusting given the amount of germs and bacteria left on the gym’s surfaces.

“I’m learning about ‘icks,’” she captioned her post. ‘For someone with children, I don’t think there are many phases…’

It comes after the mother of four once again claimed she was 30 years old when she is actually 34.

On Wednesday, Sophie shared a video of her ‘Busy Mum’s 5-minute Makeup Routine’, with a confusing caption.

“POV: You’re a busy mom with skin that can barely brush her teeth in the morning, that’s a 30 year old teenager,” she wrote.

Sophie shared her response, writing: “34, why?” before letting loose and clarifying that she was “in her 30s,” even though she wrote that she was “30 years old.”

“I’m back online… And I just find people fascinating,” she wrote.

“Now I would say that since I’m 34… I’m in my 30s. Apparently the internet has a “big” problem with this, like I’m trying to lie about my age.

“First of all… Haha, I love that I have the blessing of growing old. Some die young. Secondly, my date of birth and age are everywhere. And third, who cares?!”

“These are really thirty guys,” she said, as she walked the aisles of the grocery store, finding herself so excited about $2 decorative kitchen pots.

She also captioned the video with, “Tell me you’re a single 30 year old who spends her life programming computers.”

Alarmed followers raised concerns about her health when she told them she was working out four to five times a day.

The fitness influencer made the shocking admission when a fan asked about her workout routine on Instagram, but quickly deleted the comment.

She later added another comment saying she worked out “4-5 times a week” and pretended to be shocked that people “thought” she was writing that day.

‘4-5 times A WEEK. Someone thought I said goodbye. No way, I work full time, have children and have to run a house,” her new comment reads.

However, the first comments she deleted suggested otherwise.
