Sophie Cachia posts her hectic daily to-do list with her kids as she wonders why she decided to ‘have another one’ – after announcing shock pregnancy
After Sophie Cachia recently announced that she was expecting her third child, she now gave insight into her busy family life.
The 33-year-old influencer took to Instagram Stories on Tuesday to show off her full routine of taking her kids Bobby, nine, and Florence, seven, to various activities.
Sophie shared a photo of herself posing in front of a mirror, wearing a blue tracksuit and matching blue and white sneakers. Along with the photo, she gave a summary of her entire week.
‘Monday: Floss Dancing until 7pm, Tuesday @ Dads, Wednesday: Coach Flossy’s netball practice/Bobby at the football match,’ the post began.
She continued: ‘Thursday: Floss Drama until 7pm. Friday: Bobby footy training. Saturday: Coach Floss 8am and 12pm. Netball Sunday: Bobby footy from 8am to 12pm.’
The busy mom concluded her post with, “…but hey Sophie, let’s have another one, why don’t you?”
The post was picked up by the Instagram account influencer.updates.au. Amber Paul, who runs the account, admitted she was “shocked” that Sophie shared the information.
“I was shocked that Sophie would reveal her children’s weekly schedule in her stories,” she wrote.

Sophie, who shares Florence and Bobby with ex-husband Jaryd Cachia, an AFL star, announced on Instagram last Wednesday that she is expecting her third child.
Sophie has now hinted that she will be raising her third child as a single parent, after responding to a fan’s congratulatory message on YouTube.

One fan wrote: ‘This is amazing for you and your family!! You are doing great on your own, you are already an amazing mother! Congratulations,’ to which Sophie responded: ‘Thank you so much!!’
Her pregnancy announcement also led to speculation about the identity of the father, with some claiming it could be a friend of hers.

“After Sophie announced her pregnancy, a lot of people were asking, ‘Who’s the father?’ I thought it was pretty obvious it was a sperm donor, given her previous situation with Maddie and the way they had gone through IVF,” they said.
“Maybe people were wondering who the father was, in terms of, is it a friend who donated the sperm,” they argued. “I think people are wondering, is it Jaryd or is it someone they know?”
“She has not confirmed any of this information and it is nobody’s business,” the sisters added.
