Sophia Culpo has revealed that she used a spy on the Jets to find out that her ex-boyfriend and former New York receiver Braxton Berrios was cheating on her.
Berrios — who has since signed with the Miami Dolphins — and Culpo split in March due to “broken trust,” she later said.
And on her sister Aurora’s “Barely Filtered” podcast, Culpo claimed she had already been keeping tabs on Berrios when she officially learned he was cheating.
“Someone we know did some research for me on the team and that’s how I got confirmation that this wasn’t the first girl either,” Culpo said.
“(Berrios) said, ‘Ladies don’t need to know anything about tonight,’ and this teammate said, ‘I’m single so it’s fine.’ (Berrios) says, ‘Oh, well, I’m having fun tonight.'”

Culpo revealed in a recent interview that she spied on Berrios within the Jets franchise
In July, Berrios and influencer Alix Earle attended the ESPY awards together.
And the pair were linked earlier this winter, with Culpo saying her older sister Olivia told her during Super Bowl week that Berrios was unfaithful.
Culpo is the fiancée of 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey.
“I just remember feeling sick to my stomach,” Sophia recalled hearing about Berrios cheating.
“I want to throw up… and then I call him and say, ‘Was there something you wanted to tell me?’ I’ve never heard this tone in his voice (and he said), ‘No.’
“We had a long conversation and one of the last things I’ll never forget was him saying to me, ‘I wouldn’t continue with that story because that’s not how I remember it.’

Earle insisted she was not a “homewrecker” and that Culpo and Berrios’ relationship was over
While some people speculated that Earle and Berrios were involved while the recipient was still dating Culpo, Earle has said that was not the case and denied that she was a “homewrecker.”
“When I read these comments, I cried my eyes out to my friends and they said, ‘Hey, Alix, this stuff doesn’t normally affect you,'” she said. “Call her daddy.”
‘Most of my childhood I thought this was the worst thing you could do to another human being, so why on earth would I do that? No, they weren’t together.’
Earle said in the interview that she and Berrios were not official.
