Sopha Dopha has made an awkward blunder on one of her social media accounts.
The 20-year-old TikTok star, whose real name is Sophia Begg, took to her Snapchat on Wednesday and told fans she hates the taste of strawberry after purchasing a strawberry matcha latte.
“Me: I’m getting a strawberry matcha because it looks cute but forgetting I hate the strawberry flavor,” she wrote alongside the selfie.
It wasn’t long before she was called out on Instagram by a watchdog account Influencer updates AUwhich pointed to Sopha’s recent collaboration with supplement brand Tropeaka.
The collaboration included a strawberry cream flavored protein and collagen powder.

In a video shared to the supplement brand’s Instagram page last year, Sopha raved about how “delicious” the product tasted and claimed she drinks it “almost every day.”
“It’s really so good,” she said in the clip.
It is not the first time that Sopha has been in the news for the wrong reasons. Late last year, the blonde suffered a humiliating interaction with host Tony Armstrong during the 2023 TikTok Awards.
During the awards ceremony, Sophia accused the 34-year-old ABC presenter of flirting with her, despite the fact that he had just gone out with his new girlfriend.
‘How do you feel? You look ecstatic and I love you,” Tony said as he turned to Sophia, who was nominated for the Creator of the Year award.
The 20-year-old TikToker took to her Snapchat and revealed to fans that she hates the strawberry flavor after purchasing a strawberry matcha latte. But she got a call from Influencer Updates AU, who pointed out Sopha’s recent partnership with a supplement brand
‘Thank you. Wow! Stop flirting with me!’ Sophia replied, causing scattered laughter in the audience.
Aussies erupted online and Sophia’s fans turned on her as the embarrassing moment went viral.
They soon discovered what went so terribly wrong: Sophia didn’t seem to understand the word “ecstatic” and thought it was somehow a physical compliment, like “exquisite.”
Days later, the controversial internet model was forced to deny claims she was rude to DJ Maddy Spencer at the TikTok Awards.
The controversy started when Maddy posted a fiery video calling out a “major creator” for allegedly rejecting her at the event.
‘I was DJing at the Awards, I had a great time and they had a mirror thing around the DJ deck. People checked themselves into it,” she explained in the clip.

“There was a great creator, I’m not going to say who it was, and they look at themselves in the mirror and go like that.”
Maddy said that after noticing the person in question, she smiled at them and the influencer gave them a blank stare in return.
Many of Maddy’s TikTok followers immediately speculated that it was “Definitely Sopha Dopha.”
However, Sophia hit back at the suggestion, saying Maddy’s version of events does not reflect what actually happened.
‘Sorry, but this irritates me so much. If you’re going to make a video like that, at least have the balls to say who it is. Because now every response shows it’s me,” she said.
Sophia added that she couldn’t have been the “rude” influencer because she wasn’t even present at the pre-party where the incident allegedly took place.
‘I didn’t know there was a pre-party or a DJ there. Do you like knowing that the comments are about a 19 year old when it wasn’t her, just to get opinions?’ she said.
