A woman has captivated nearly 200,000 people after sharing a photo of the stunning view she enjoys from her living room every day.
Norwegian woman, Heidi, is based in a town called Sømna in Northern Norway, which is known for its picturesque countryside, stunning views, and outdoor lifestyle, with popular activities including hiking, fishing, and the kayak.
Heidi posted on Facebook this week: ‘This was my view from the living room one night in 2022. The sky looked like a painting. I live in the north of Norway, in a place called Sømna’.

It wasn’t long before her feed was flooded with compliments, compliments, and jealousy.
‘Do you have a free room? It’s beautiful,” one commenter posted.
“Great, it must be very cold,” added another.

Heidi explained that in Northern Norway they have ‘winter for six months of the year’:
“I have often dreamed of living in a country with a warmer climate, because these long winters can be mentally tough,” he said.
‘But then there’s something about where you were born and where you have your roots. And so we persevere anyway. When spring comes, it feels just magical and winter is forgotten.’
