Something to celebrate! Kyle Sandilands splurges $13million on a new mansion in Vaucluse, Sydney as he and Jackie ‘O’ Henderson sign $200m 10-year deal with KIIS FM

Kyle Sandilands has spent a whopping $13 million on a Sydney mansion after he and Jackie ‘O’ Henderson signed a massive $200 million deal with KIIS FM.

The new deal, which expires in 2024, means both breakfast radio stars will earn $10 million a year as they expand into the Melbourne market.

Sandilands’ new home is located in an affluent area of the Vaucluse, 8km from the CBD.

The sprawling four-bedroom, four-bathroom, two-story building offers sweeping views of the city skyline.

Built in a leafy enclave on a huge 1,018 square meter block, the ultra-modern complex features a swimming pool, spa and landscaped gardens.

The KIIS FM radio star bought the property above the $13 million guide price last week, ahead of the planned auction, reports the Wentworth courier.

The interior is designed with a spacious open plan layout and has a chic, streamlined atmosphere with large windows and wooden finishes.

Highlights include a rumpus room, entertainment terraces on both levels and a family room with a private patio.

There is also a wine cellar, private study and both formal and informal dining rooms.

Meanwhile, the large kitchen features a breakfast bar for the whole family.

Sandilands recently moved his wife, Tegan Kynaston, 37, and their one-year-old son, Otto, to the neighborhood in August.

The couple moved from nearby Bellevue Hill to their current luxury rental home in the Vaucluse, just blocks away from their new purchase.

Sandilands also owns an eight-bedroom mansion in Glenorie, northwest Sydney, 44km from the CBD, which he bought for $3 million in 2022.

On Wednesday, Kyle Sandilands and his radio co-host Jackie confirmed their historic new radio deal will see them expand into Melbourne.

The Sydney-based radio duo signed a record-breaking ten-year deal worth $200 million live on-air and revealed they will expand their reach south, keeping them on air until 2034.

An ARN spokesperson confirmed to Ny Breaking Australia that the deal means Kyle and Jackie’s KIIS FM work friends Jase Hawkins and Lauren Phillips will be out of a job and their Melbourne breakfast show will end in December.

Lauren broke down in tears as she announced the news to her listeners on Wednesday, sobbing that she “didn’t want to say goodbye to Melbourne”.

Jase and Lauren’s show was successful for KIIS FM, attracting new listeners to the station and ranking third in the Melbourne market behind Fox FM’s Fifi Fev & Nick and GOLD104.3’s Christian O’Connell.

In a statement celebrating the historic contract extension, Sandilands said: “Fans of the show will be pleased to hear that this 10-year deal is the longest radio deal in Australian history.”

“Love us or loathe us, Jackie and I will continue with our politically incorrect nonsense for a long time.”

He added: “We would like to thank the listeners. Staff. All clients. Even senior management, I’ll give a nod to that. They’ve actually done something brilliant.’

This means the duo will dominate markets beyond their Sydney audience and expand their reach into Melbourne for the first time.

The landmark $200 million deal means Sandilands and Henderson will each earn $10 million a year, double their current salaries of around $5 million a year.

According to the Financial Review, Kyle and Jackie’s contracts include “a base salary, a percentage share of sales above what is now earned – known as ‘incremental growth,’ and sign-on bonuses consisting primarily of stock in ARN.”
