A second trailer for the upcoming comedy was released earlier in May.
In the teaser, the Steve Carell-voiced Gru dealt with the ups and downs of family life as his henchmen, played by Pierre Coffin, received a mission from Anti-Villain League director Silas Ramsbottom.
In addition to Carrell and Vergara, the film will also star Will Ferrell and Joey King.
The original Despicable Me was released in 2010 and the two sequels debuted in 2013 and 2017.
A duo of prequel films, Minions and Minions: The Rise of Gru, were released in 2015 and 2022.
Development of the latest installment in the series was confirmed in 2022.
Pharrell Williams, who wrote and performed the hit Happy for the second film in the franchise, will once again write the music for the film.
Despicable Me 4 is scheduled for July 3.
