Basketball stars and social media influencers Hanna and Haley Cavinder have revealed their morning diets and workout routines as they get back into shape for fall.
In a YouTube video posted Sunday, the 22-year-old Cavinder twins walked viewers through a day in the life, showing what they ate for breakfast and what their workouts entailed as they prepared for their various athletic endeavors .
The pair pointed out that “a lot of things” had changed from their previous routine videos, prompting them to share an update.
Their new video comes as Haley prepares for a return to college basketball, which she revealed to their 4.5 million TiKTok followers in August.

The video starts with the Florida women waking up at 6:30 a.m. and both say it was vital to their days that they started drinking 40 oz of water before drinking coffee or eating their breakfast.
‘One of the most important things that has changed (is us) taking one Lots of morning vitamins and night vitamins,” they explained as they drank their water and used a roller on their face.
Then they made coffee and stayed outside to write their morning devotional and pray.
“(It) gives you so much a better perspective on life, just like an everyday thing,” Hanna explained, as both basketball stars sat on their balcony with their journals.
After the prayer, Hanna and Haley led their followers through their breakfast, admitting they were “creatures of habit and a good routine.”
“We have two different schedules this morning,” Hanna explained. “It’s kind of cool, it’s going to be great to show you our two different routines.”
Haley explained that she had been consistently eating oats and protein powder for breakfast since recovering from an eating disorder about seven months ago.
“It will never get old, it’s something I look forward to every day,” she added.
The twin sisters said one of the biggest changes they made to their routines was taking “a lot of morning vitamins and night vitamins.”
Hanna went for a run in the morning before breakfast and explained that she was trying to slow her pace to cover a longer distance
She then shared her workout routine at the gym, which she completed along with a sprint workout after her five-mile run
Haley is currently training for a return to basketball after previously entering the NCAA transfer portal in October
“I’m going to eat this before I work out, so this is good fuel for my basketball training.”
After a basic skincare routine, Haley assured viewers that she would do a full routine after the workout – before heading out the door.
Haley, who previously entered the NCAA transfer portal in October, says she is now focused on training for basketball.
Both twins were eligible for another year of college sports even though they graduated after losing a year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
“I just make sure I’m training every day, lifting and getting my body right as an athlete,” Haley explained.
‘I think (before) I trained a lot for my physique and now more for my basketball form.’
Meanwhile, Hanna — who decided not to return to basketball — was getting ready to take on a five-mile run, admitting that she found longer runs difficult because she was a natural sprinter. She also said she had to do some strength training afterwards.
After finishing her run, she also ate protein oats for breakfast and then does her skincare routine.
Both athletes used a meal prep service they worked closely with that they said met all of their nutritional goals.
“I think not preparing is the same as preparing for failure, so that’s something Hanna and I live by,” Haley explained.
The twins rose to fame by providing a glimpse into the many glamorous perks that come with NCAA star success.
Haley spoke about her decision to return to the court in their recent video, saying she was “so excited” to play again.
“It’s something I love to do, it’s something I feel most fulfilled in, it’s the environment I thrive in,” she said in her most recent clip.
The Cavinder twins, originally from Indiana, have been making serious waves both on and off the court lately, earning over 4.5 million followers on their joint TikTok account
The twins have also amassed a whopping 145 million likes on their videos
Earlier this year, the sisters announced they would end their college basketball careers to focus on other endeavors instead, despite being invited to play one more year for Miami.
The sporting icons have previously shared the strict diets and workouts they followed every day to stay fit, including eating three meals for lunch.
Hanna and Haley were born in South Bend, Indiana, but moved to Phoenix, Arizona at a young age.
They both started playing basketball before they even entered kindergarten – and dominated throughout middle and high school.
After graduating from Gilbert High School, the sisters attended Fresno State, where they both broke a slew of records.
Meanwhile, the sisters became increasingly popular online — and by the time they transferred to the University of Miami in 2022, they were the most followed athletes to have played college basketball.
They became the first college athletes to receive a brand deal, signing with Boost Mobile in June 2021, after the NCAA officially began allowing its athletes to make profits from their name, image and likeness.
They also co-founded their own clothing company called Baseline Team and started a podcast called Twin Talk. Additionally, in 2021, they signed a deal with WWE’s Next In Line program, which is designed to develop college athletes into potential professional wrestlers.
The twin sisters were on Miami’s roster last season, but announced in April that they planned to join WWE and end their hoops journey.
The 22-year-old twins helped Miami reach the Elite Eight in March as a No. 9 seed, defeating Oklahoma State, Villanova and Indiana before losing to national champion LSU.
