A leaked video of Draymond Green teammate Jordan Poole during Warriors practice earlier this week sent social media into a tailspin on Friday.
TMZ acquired video footage of the incident where Greene punched Poole forcefully with a right hand that Deontay Wilder would be proud of.
The clip shows Green exchanging words with Poole along the baseline before hitting the chest with the latter, who tried to gently push the veteran forward as concerned teammates and coaches noticed.

It was then that the 6-foot-6 Green struck out at 6-foot-4 Poole with a right hand to the face. Some spectators stepped in, while others, including reigning NBA Finals MVP Stephen Curry, watched and watched the skirmish unfold.
In the end, a crowd of about six bystanders were able to separate the couple. Reasons for what was said or indeed caused the disagreement is still unknown, but as always, social media had their theories.
Some thought Poole had insulted Green with a nickname given to him by the NBA’s great and lovable NBA team to TNT analyst Charles Barkley.
Golden State didn’t practice today, but will be returning to the facility tomorrow, and one fan thought Green might have a harder time than usual getting into Oracle Performance Center, sharing a hilarious clip of Jets-turned-Seahawks security Jamal Adams giving was locked out of the building.
Poole and Green are teammates and there were no issues during the Warriors’ title win
Warriors general manager Bob Myers said Green had expressed regret before a clip of the blow. “Draymond has apologized to the team,” he said on Thursday. “Jordan was there in the room.”
However, several athletes, including Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson, Philadelphia Eagles cornerback Darius Slay and two-time NBA All-Star Isaiah Thomas don’t think the situation is so easily forgiven.
“That kid should have seen me until I retired from the NBA,” Jackson wrote.

Whether it is solvable is currently unknown. Still, Jake Paul and NBA star Trae Young, who turned boxer, had their own take on the situation. “You have to get Draymond Green in the boxing ring,” wrote Paul.
He added: “Draymond, I have $10 million for you to get in the ring at the next Most Valuable Promotions pay-per-view. Who do you want?’
Meanwhile, Young joked and suggested that Green acted as a means of being trafficked to Los Angeles. ‘Draymond is tryna’ [sic] go to LA. Damn it!’
Although the feedback on Twitter was not universally supportive or even humorous. Many users strongly objected to Green’s shocking actions.
Some users suggested that the four-time NBA champion should be fired on the grounds that the act would not be acceptable in any other work environment.
Jake Paul would love to see the NBA champion in the square circle, though it remains unclear whether he would rather fight him or just promote his fight through his promotion company
Trae Young cheekily suggested that Green might have started the fight to force a move to LA

Ex-Warriors attacker Stephen Jackson also made his voice known on social media, revealing that he had spoken to Green on Thursday night and advised that he should take responsibility for his actions.
“There’s no reason to punch a young guy. I told Draymond last night to sort out that situation with Poole, you know what I mean? Because it doesn’t benefit him at all.
“He’s got to be the big brother and go over there and say to my brother, ‘I sp***** out…” But you never hit the little homies in practice or your teammates like that. You never do that.’
