So THAT’s where Louis get his moves from! Prince William’s dad dancing at Taylor Swift was just like his cheeky son’s shapes at Jubilee event
It may now be clear where Prince Louis gets his moves from, as William’s ‘dad dancing’ at last night’s Taylor Swift concert was just like his son’s cheeky curves at a 2022 anniversary event.
The Prince of Wales delighted Swifties when he showed off some moves during Taylor’s performance of Shake It Off at Wembley last night.
Prince William was accompanied by his children George and Charlotte at the sold-out performance, but his youngest son Louis stayed at home with Princess Catherine.
However, this does not alter the fact that striking similarities are drawn between the dance movements of the father and son duo.
Prince Louis was filmed raising his waist with both hands in the air during the jubilee pageant marking the 70th anniversary of the late Queen Elizabeth II’s succession to the throne.

The prince, then aged four, put on an animated display, pretending to be a lion, bickering with his cousins and even sticking his tongue out at his mother Kate Middleton.
Mike Tindall later said that Louis’ scene stealing antics during the pageant was due to a sugar high from eating sweets.
“Louis, he just wanted to have fun. And my two are always naughty, so I try to keep it under control,” said the father of three.
“There were a lot of sweets though, so there was a real sugar high.”
The footage of William dancing to Shake It Off has been described as very different from Harry’s pose when he and wife Meghan Markle attended Beyonce’s performance at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles last September.
While the Duchess of Sussex appeared to enjoy the show, Harry appeared dejected and often looked at his phone instead of the stage.
Meghan reportedly attended a Taylor Swift concert at the same arena in LA the month before, although no selfies with Swift have surfaced.

Taylor kicked off the London leg of her record-breaking Eras Tour at Wembley Stadium, where she performed for fans, celebrities and politicians alike – as well as her American footballer boyfriend Travis Kelce.
Prince William and megastar Swift have known each other for a long time; the pair shared the stage at Kensington Palace to perform Livin’ On A Prayer with Jon Bon Jovi at a charity event in 2013.
The couple posed for a selfie with the kids and Kelce before the concert started.
The official X account of the Prince and Princess of Wales posted the adorable photo with the caption: “Thank you Taylor Swift for an amazing evening!”
Shortly afterwards, the pop star posted a selfie with the royals and her boyfriend Kelce to say: ‘Happy birthday M8! The shows in London have started fantastically,” said a moving message to the heir on his 42nd birthday.
The photo shows Kelce wearing his Olympic Team USA hat.
Comments on X, formerly Twitter, in response to images of William dancing included: ‘This is my favorite thing ever!!! I never knew I had to watch Prince William dance to Taylor Swift!’
Another poster wrote: ‘Prince William is a Swiftie. A huge father dancing there.’
Last night’s show came after the military band at Buckingham Palace performed a rendition of Shake It Off earlier in the day to mark the Eras Tour which arrived in the British capital for three nights this weekend, before another five in August.

Ms Swift was clearly overwhelmed by the 89,000-strong crowd in the capital last night, saying: ‘Oh my God, London, look what you’ve done. What better way to spend a Friday evening than in the most exciting city in the world?’
Her first show in London was always going to be special to her as she has a close bond with the capital after calling it her second home during the six years she was in a relationship with British actor Joe Alwyn.

Friday night’s concert was the first of three sold-out dates at Wembley, with the international sensation returning for a further five shows in August.
During the show, Swift reminisced about performances at King’s College London and the Shepherd’s Bush Empire that she performed earlier in her career.
She said: “You kept supporting me more and more and the rooms kept getting bigger and now you’ve done this: sold out three nights in June and five in August.
‘I’m not the best at maths, but I think this means we can play at Wembley Stadium eight times.’
