Snoop Dogg showed his unwavering support for Team USA as the Americans won their first gold medal at the Paris Olympics.
On Saturday afternoon, the United States won the men’s 4×100-meter freestyle relay, and the rapper was no doubt thrilled with the victory.
Caeleb Dressel, Chris Guiliano, Jack Alexy and Hunter Armstrong formed the team and handily secured the win. The quartet posted a time of 3:9:28, with Australia in second place in 3:10:35.
During the broadcast, NBC pointed a camera at Snoop Dogg, who was yelling and raising his fist in the air.
“One, two, three, gold, gold, gold,” he shouts as he high-fives Dressel’s wife Meghan as she carries their 5-month-old son, August.

Before becoming a cheerleader, the California native had a busy few days in Paris. Snoop Dogg was among those chosen to carry the torch through the city ahead of Friday’s opening ceremony.
Snoop Dogg isn’t the only American rapper taking part in the games. Hip-hop legend Flavor Flav is also in the French capital as the official hypeman for the US women’s water polo team.
Flavor Flav’s adventure follows the five-year sponsorship deal he signed with the team earlier this year.

“‘Cause, I mean, these girls been on a journey,” the rapper continued. “They been on a journey, a great journey.”
