Sniper Elite’s VR game will be coming to the Meta Quest 2, 3, and Pro
The Sniper Elite VR game has been out for a while now, to some mixed reception. But thanks to a new trailer, some life has been breathed into the bloody action game.
With your trusty rifle at your side, players must stare down the scope once again in this World War II first-person shooter. Fascist forces, based in southern Italy, occupied your homeland in 1943; all that’s left to do is use your skills and all possible weapons to liberate your house. Thanks to a range of firearms, it is not that difficult to go behind enemy lines and destroy significant resources.
Despite being released in 2021, Sniper Elite VR just got a trailer announcing its arrival on Meta Quest 2, 3 and Pro. This hopefully means that players will experience better in-game graphics and smoother combat. While some players seem to love this core first-person shooter, many are unfortunately calling it quits due to bugs and other issues. Steam users point out sporadic crashes around Chapter Two and annoying controls that make the weapons work very poorly.
The minimum requirements call for 8GB of RAM and at least an NVIDIA GTX 1060 or an AMD Radeon RX 480. While this isn’t the most demanding requirement, you’ll also need a Meta Quest headset of some sort, so there are plenty of hoops to jump through. to jump through.
Even with the somewhat intense in-game combat and the fact that this VR title is shorter than the original game, there’s still a lot to enjoy.
