Popular snack product sold at Australian supermarkets pulled from shelves over allergy fears

A popular snack product has been recalled due to an undeclared allergen.

The Nocelle Foods Nature’s Delight 400g Ranger Mix has been recalled.

The product contains the undeclared allergen of peanuts.

“Any consumer with a cashew allergy or intolerance may experience a reaction if the product is consumed,” Food Standards Australia and New Zealand said.

The product has been available for sale at independent food retailers in South Australia and Western Australia.

The stores include Drakes, Foodland, IGA, IPS, Barossa Fresh, Marla Travelers Rest, Basil’s Fine Foods and Dulwich Grocery.

“Consumers with a Cashew allergy or intolerance should not consume this product,” the warning reads.

‘Consumers must return the product to the place of purchase for a full refund.
