A skyscraper in Manhattan recorded a fire on its roof, filling the financial district with smoke on Wednesday.
Images of the skyscraper at 125 Greenwich, which is still under construction, are being shared online as people speculate where the fire originated.
“Is this a fire in Lower Manhattan? Or just some building exhaust?’ asked X-user as they shared photos from the scene.
Social media users reported they could see the cloud of smoke across the Hudson River in New Jersey.
