Slash’s stepdaughter Lucy-Bleu Knight’s chilling suicide note with warning for first responders is revealed as full autopsy report is released after tragic death at 25

The autopsy report into the death of Guns N’ Roses guitarist Slash’s stepdaughter, Lucy-Bleu Knight, has finally been released in full.

Knight was found unconscious on July 19 and was pronounced dead at 3 p.m. local time the same day.

The report, obtained by DailyMail.com, was released after the Los Angeles County coroner announced in a statement late last month that Knight had died of hydrogen sulfide poisoning, while describing the cause of death as “suicide.”

The new full autopsy report provides more details about Knight’s condition and reveals the disturbing note she left warning emergency workers.

It was determined that Knight had died from inhaling the toxic gas, which occurs naturally and is also found in sewage treatment plants and oil refineries.

However, it can also be caused by mixing certain cleaning agents.

Emergency workers who entered the house risked being poisoned or even killed by the residual gas. However, Knight had placed a note on a wastebasket that would be visible in the kitchen if anyone opened the front door.

“ATTENTION, CALL DANGEROUS EQUIPMENT, I AM SO SORRY THE H2S GAS IS TOXIC. DO NOT ENTER,” Lucy-Bleu wrote on the note, warning anyone who entered to watch her.

Investigators noted that blue tape had been used to seal the cracks in the door. The tape had also been placed over light fixtures, electrical outlets and ceiling vents.

According to the report, she had rented a property on a short-term basis and her body was only found after the landlord, who had also rented other properties to her in the past, failed to respond after sending her a message.
