“I weigh 60kg (I weighed myself at the gym the other day) and the lightest I’ve been is 54kg and the heaviest is 64kg,” she responded to a fan asking about her recent weight gain.

“I know it’s uncomfortable to gain weight. I’m kind of uncomfortable at the moment but I’m just enjoying the junk in the trunk to be honest and it’s only because my clothes are tight,” Skye explained.

The blonde said she recently bought a pair of size 8 jeans to accommodate her curves, but insisted she embraced her new body because she can “easily lose weight if she wants to.”

Her post ended with a pre-emptive response to fans who might criticize her for suggesting she is overweight at such a small size.

“I know size 8 is still small but I’m used to being so skinny,” she wrote before pointing out that “sometimes 1-3kg can make such a difference in how you feel in your body.”

But this didn’t stop Instagram “snark” account DutchMinty from angrily berating Skye about body-obsessed influencers hours later.

“I couldn’t believe my eyes when I read Skye Wheatley’s Q&A tonight. Disappointed in self for weighing 60kg (size 8),’ the message read.
