Skye Wheatley, 30, unveils the ‘scary’ results of her Turkish fox eye lift surgery – as she reignites old feud with MAFS star Cyrell Paule

Skye Wheatley surprised her followers on Monday with the results of her eyelid surgery.

The former Big Brother Australia star took to her Instagram Stories to reveal how “terrifying” her face was after going under the knife in Turkey.

The 30-year-old responded last week to accusations that she is addicted to “plastic surgery” and also defended sharing details of her procedures online.

Skye’s face is still completely covered in tape after undergoing several cosmetic procedures.

“I can’t show my face yet, I find it really scary. But when I’m more healed, I’ll show the process. Don’t worry,” she told her followers last Thursday.

When her fans asked her to film her face, she said, “No, it’s horrible.”

The fox eye lift is touted as a “minimally invasive” procedure that uses dissolvable threads to lift the brow and elongate the outer eye area into an almond shape.

People have been achieving this look for years using clever eyeliner, eyeshadow makeup techniques, and various tweezing techniques to create a visual sweep upwards to the corner of the eye.

“I trust the process,” Skye said of her recovery.

The photos Skye shared on Monday show her face does indeed look “scary” after the trendy procedure, which has been popularized by first-hand reviews and celebrity endorsements from the likes of Kendall Jenner, Bella Hadid and Arianna Grande.

In addition to the fox eye lift, Skye admitted that she also had an additional temporal lift (fat grafting to the face to avoid the need for injectable dermal fillers) and a bletharoplasty (an eyelid surgery) last week.

On Monday, she shared photos of additional massage treatments for lymphatic drainage and “neck hydration.”

“Oops I didn’t want to show my face yet because the tapes make us look crazy,” Skye wrote alongside a photo of herself posing with her plastic surgeon and a friend who also underwent the procedure.

The mother of two also found herself in hot water after she posted a comment on reality star Cyrell Paule’s post about The Amazing Race.

“She’s crazy but she makes great television I have to admit,” Skye wrote under a post from Cyrell.

Cyrell was furious about the comment and told Skye ‘woman to woman’ that she had ‘no right’ to call her crazy. He asked the I’m Celebrity!…Get Me Out Of Here! winner to think about the ‘consequences’ of her comments.

“Of course a light-skinned woman can call a colored woman crazy,” Cyrelle wrote in response.

In a flurry of messages on her Instagram Stories on Monday, she also wrote that Skye had “posted the comments to get attention” and that she was “embarrassing” and “hypocritical” as she had previously represented a charity called Bully Zero on I’m A Celeb.

Meanwhile, Skye reposted a clip of ‘Cyclone Cyrelle’ competing on the current season of The Amazing Race: Celebrity Edition, with the caption, ‘Cyrelle is so scary guys I’m getting PTSD watching this based on the brief interaction we had.’

“See, this is what I mean,” Cyrelle responded as she reshared Skye’s story.

“You have to understand that when I call myself or someone I love crazy, I know it’s a joke,” she wrote. “But when it comes from someone I know doesn’t like me, it’s an indirect compliment.”

“That’s why I say as a woman of color that this paints me as aggressive and violent. That’s not okay.”

This is certainly not the first time Skye has been criticized for her comments, having previously had to tell her audience that she is “not racist” for three separate incidents in 2017, 2018 and 2019.

The obsessed influencer drew widespread criticism in 2017 after she said she wished she was a “naturally tanned Aboriginal” so she could have darker skin instead of having to use self-tanner.

A year later, she found herself in trouble again when she teased Lachlan Waugh, the father of her first child, by asking if she was having a “chocolate baby”.

However, in 2019, she came dangerously close to repeating the same comments when she announced she would be quitting sunbathing.

“I tried to be a different race,” Skye said on her Instagram Stories.

She explained her choice in a lengthy confession she shared on Instagram Stories: “I was trying to be a different race.”

She continued: ‘Just scroll through my feed and you’ll see how…’ and the former Big Brother star hesitated before adding: ‘I was brown.’

Skye, then 24, continued: ‘I was going to say something else, but then I’m called a racist and I can’t handle that drama anymore.’

‘I first met Skye at a Mother’s Day event where she kept asking questions [about] “How Eden and I got together and how we ended up together,” Cyrelle continued in a later post.

‘She suggested that the rumours about Eden and me were true and that it was a “publicity stunt”. She then said that she just wanted to get to know me.’

Cyrell was furious at the comment and told Skye 'woman to woman' that she had 'no right' to call her crazy and asked the I'm Celebrity!...Get Me Out Of Here! winner to think about the 'consequences' of her comments.

The MAFS alumna recalled a now-infamous moment she and Skye shared at an influencer event on the Gold Coast in 2022.

Cyrelle and Love Island’s Eden Dally are one of the most controversial and polarising couples on Australian reality TV. They have a son, Boston.

‘She showed me to her friends at the event and she is now sharing a link to “That night I said I would shove her in her food,” Cyrelle continued in her post.

‘When I think about it now, I wish I had. And people wonder why I’m leaving.

“I’m tired of having to explain why my partner is with me, or people saying he’s too good for me,” she continued.

At that time this was how [Skye] ‘I made you feel,’ Cyrelle concluded, but not before taking a brutal swipe at the blonde: ‘All I know is that Skye… I didn’t steal my partner from anyone, unlike others. So bye Felicia.’

Skye then filmed a reaction as she lay in bed, with her taped face fully visible.

She attempted to bury the hatchet again by sharing a link to the video of the incident.

“I swear it was ‘staged’ because the girl next to Cyrelle was already filming,” she said Monday, repeating her comments from two years ago.

‘Anyway, I’m not problematic, in fact you could say I’m problematic. But I don’t care. YOLO.

“I was just asking her questions and I didn’t realise she was going to react like that. Then I thought, ‘Wait, am I in an episode of MAFS?'” Skye continued.

She then repeated her compliment to Cyrelle. “She makes great TV. I’m really looking forward to watching The Amazing Race this year.”
