Six-time WWE World Champion Mercedes Mone attends AEW All In at Wembley amid promotion links…as MJF and Adam Cole earn Ring of Honor Tag Team titles

AEW All In started off with a bang at Wembley Stadium as MJF and Adam Cole captured the Ring of Honor Tag Team titles – but everyone is talking about Mercedes Mone.

Mone, formerly known as Sasha Banks during her legendary time in WWE, was in the stands with over 80,000 other fans on Sunday night, ready to make history in London.

The 31-year-old has worked for Japanese promotions since she left WWE last year, but there have been strong rumors that she will be joining AEW since January.

Mone remains a free agent and as she told MailOnline earlier this year, she is open to all offers if they can meet her high salary expectations.

AEW has a working relationship with Japan, which has spawned two Forbidden Door shows in the past two years. Mone has maintained that she is a free agent and can negotiate independently.

Mone was a six-time world champion in WWE and a three-time tag team champion.

Her body of work would rank her as one of the greatest female wrestlers of all time.

While there are currently no details on whether a deal has been made with AEW, it certainly is a promising sign for fans of the promotion.

Mone was also seen wearing a Windham bracelet, in tribute to the late Bray Wyatt who tragically died of a heart attack earlier this week, aged just 36.
