Sir Paul McCartney took to Instagram to demonstrate his incredible flexibility as he practiced a headstand during a yoga session on Friday.
The Beatles legend, 80, demonstrated the impressive move while claiming it was his “show-off moment” while working out at the gym.
In the snap, the singer used a yoga mat for comfort and was joined by his Old English Sheepdog Rose, who looked on unimpressed.

The rocker wore a white t-shirt for practice, which he paired with dark shorts and colorful Nike sneakers.
Sir Paul broke into a sweat in front of the telly in the posh home he shares with his wife Nancy Shevell, 62.
He wrote: ‘The headstand is my show-off moment when I’m at the gym…I was once told by a yoga teacher that it keeps you young’.

In August, the Hey Jude hitmaker shared a photo of himself in a different yoga pose next to his late brother-in-law, who died of cancer.
John, who had known Paul for over 50 years, was the brother of Linda Eastman McCartney, the Beatles legend’s first and famous wife to die in 1998.
Paul wrote: ‘My dear brother-in-law, John Eastman, has passed away. Now that we have known each other for over 50 years, it is an extremely sad time for me and our families.”
The yoga enthusiast and rock star previously claimed that eye yoga helped his vision after he first discovered the practice during a trip to India in the late 2000s.

The legendary musician admitted it may look “a little weird,” but he can read the newspaper without glasses.
Speaking to Jessie Ware on her Table Manners podcast, Paul said, “I learned some yogi in India. He explained that your eyes are muscles. Your ears are not, so you cannot train your ears. But your eyes, you can.’
Explaining some of the exercises, The Beatles legend likened it to the Union Jack form, he continued: ‘So sit still, and then look up as far as you can, one, two, three, go back to the center , then down , back to center.
“You do that three times and then you go left and right. Now you have a cross, up and down, and sideways, now you do the diagonals.’

Talking about how eye yoga has helped his vision, Paul added, “It all makes sense. I don’t know if that’s why I don’t need glasses when I read a newspaper.’
The musician also revealed that he had created eye yoga instructions for a friend’s daughter, which “improved her eyesight,” and prevented her from wearing glasses “for a few years.”
To which Jessie tried the exercise while Paul joked, “Anyone looking through the window would think we’re crazy. It’s a séance! It might look a little weird.”
This isn’t the first time Paul has praised eye yoga and in 2009, according to the Mirror: ‘When I was in India, there was a man in one of the hotels who offered to teach me eye yoga exercises.
“He told me that eyes are muscles just like other muscles and they need exercise to make them work properly.
“When we spend so much time in front of the computer or TV or reading books, we only use one set of muscles in our eyes. The yoga gives a workout to the others.’
