Sir Paul McCartney, 80, cuts a casual figure as he and wife Nancy, 63, step out in LA

Sir Paul McCartney and wife Nancy Shevell enjoyed a date night in Los Angeles on Sunday.

The couple, who tied the knot in 2011, attended Chris Rock’s stand-up show at Hollywood’s Dolby Theater with friends.

Beatles star Paul, 80, kept it casual in jeans and a quilted vest, while Nancy, 63, turned heads in a lilac jacket.

Sir Paul looked relaxed in his outfit, which he paired with black shoes and a sharp watch.

Nancy looked incredibly youthful in her outfit, tucking a white singlet into her high-waisted black jeans and elevating her figure with a pair of black boots.

She wore her dark brown locks over her shoulders and natural-looking makeup.

The couple was joined by friends in the evening.

Sir Paul previously revealed that his signature dance moves were responsible for his long-lasting romance with his business wife Nancy Shevell.

In his book, The Lyrics, Sir Paul, the Beatles star, wrote how he knew Nancy was here to stay when she matched his energy on the dance floor.

Paul, who has previously been married to Linda McCartney and Heather Mills, wrote, “There’s no denying it, I really like dancing.

“It’s something my wife Nancy and I especially love.

Paul coupled up with Nancy when the pair vacationed in Morocco with his brother Mike and the musician serenaded her on the hotel’s piano.

Paul and Nancy later got married at a London Register Office in 2011 after he admitted he had already ‘fell in love with my lady’ before they were official.

Julian wrote in his caption, “It’s amazing who you meet in an airport lounge! None other than Uncle Paul…. So, so beautiful, and what are the chances… Grateful…. ❤️.’

Julian, whose mother was Lennon’s first wife Cynthia, was 17 years old when his father was shot dead in December 1980.
