Sir Cliff Richard soaks up the sun and enjoys a cocktail while posing for 2025 calendar before announcing UK tour to mark his 84th birthday

Sir Cliff Richard celebrated his 84th birthday on Monday by sharing photos from his 2025 calendar ahead of a UK tour.

The iconic singer has been releasing his annual poses since 1979 and regularly outsells those of former One Direction star Harry Styles and Taylor Swift.

Sir Cliff’s latest photos were taken at his swanky home in Barbados and aboard a lavish cruise while wearing trendy ensembles.

The hitmaker soaked up the sun and enjoyed a cocktail as he oozed confidence for the camera.

Speaking about his latest calendar, the singer said: ‘We had such a great time during the photo shoot, and I hope that comes through in the end result. I am very proud of this calendar and hope you all enjoy it too, and I wish you all a fantastic 2025.”

Sir Cliff’s Can’t Stop Me Now tour will see him perform at the country’s most iconic venues next year, including two very special nights at London’s prestigious Royal Albert Hall.

Fans will be treated to a setlist packed with timeless classics, including hits like Living Doll, We Don’t Talk Anymore and Devil Woman.

Organizers said in a statement: ‘Known for his energy, charisma and enduring stage presence, Sir Cliff continues to capture hearts and inspire audiences as he has done over the past eight decades.’

‘With no more dates being added in the UK, these shows will be a unique experience.’

And while he disappointed fans in 2022 by announcing he had posed for his final topless shot, there is a hint of race times in his October 2025 pool photo.

The Young Ones singer said: ‘All the photos in my official 2025 calendar were recreated by Robin Williams at my home in Barbados and on a beautiful cruise earlier this year.

‘I just like being in or on the water. I find it soothing and relaxing after a busy schedule ends, and it clears my mind to plan for future projects.”

Sir Cliff’s total calendar sales since 1979 are reportedly around £2 million – better than David Beckham’s.

His 2022 release was the best-selling calendar of all music stars, according to Calendar Club, with Elvis Presley in second place, followed by Styles.

Danilo Promotions, which tracks sales of all calendars, ranked Sir Cliff’s 2024 fourth, with Swift at the top. Styles didn’t make the top five.

Tickets for Cliff Richard’s 2025 UK tour are available from Wednesday 16 October at 9am via Live Nation with pre-sale.

The general sale starts on Friday, October 18 at 10am BST.
