Sir Bruce Forsyth’s widow, Wilnelia, has revealed she is toying with the idea of ​​finding love again following his death at age 89 in 2017.

Lady Forsyth, 65, who was married to Bruce for 34 years, admitted she hasn’t thought about seeing someone new because her friends kept her busy.

Wilnelia and Bruce lived together in Surrey after she was first introduced to him at the 1980 Miss World contest gala in London.

She retired from modeling after marrying Bruce in 1983, but remained the only Puerto Rican to win Miss World until 2016.

Her husband sadly passed away in August 2017, aged 89, at his home, surrounded by his family, after a battle with bronchial pneumonia.

The entertainer is said to have left everything to his wife after the funeral and legal costs to avoid inheritance tax, because if he had left his fortune to anyone else other than charity, 40 per cent tax would have been due on anything over £325,000 .

The former actress and model was free to give away £650,000 without paying any additional tax.

Probate records showed that Bruce, who earned £650,000 per series co-hosting Strictly, also left £100,000 in a trust for his nine grandchildren, who can share the money when they turn 21.

“I’m trying to be strong for the family, but if I told you it was easy I’d be lying. I miss Bruce every day. He was, in a way, my mentor.

“He had so much knowledge about everything and was such an easy person to talk to. I could talk to him about absolutely anything.

“I talk to him all the time anyway, but I miss sharing all the good news in the world, and the bad.”

Also in 2018, Wilnelia spoke of her joy at marrying the iconic entertainer.

During an appearance on ITV’s This Morning, she passionately admitted: ‘I was so lucky to have been married to him for 34 years. It was a very happy marriage.’
