The lead singer of 2000s rock band Crazy Town looks completely unrecognizable in a recent police mugshot that has now gone viral.

Seth Brooks Binzer, 48, who goes by the stage name Shifty Shellshock, was arrested April 25 in Myrle Beach, South Carolina, for driving under the influence of alcohol.

The Butterfly hitmaker seemed a long way from his days as a fresh punk rocker as he faced his mug shot after failing a sobriety test.

Once known for his boyish good looks and edgy aesthetic, Seth appeared drawn and scruffy in the image.

While his famous labrette piercing is still present, his face has been transformed over the years with extensive tattoos.

A police report obtained by TMZ states that local police pulled Binzer over after he swerved in and out of lanes in a black SUV.

Binzer, whose battle with addiction is well documented, reportedly appeared lethargic and double-tongued before failing a sobriety test.

The incident came just a week after Binzer and his Crazy Town bandmate Bobby Reeves got into a fistfight after a concert in Myrtle Beach.

The row between the musicians stemmed from anger that the group’s lead singer, Shellshock, was not present until the end of the show, TMZ reported at the time.

The incident came just a week after Binzer and his Crazy Town bandmate Bobby Reeves got involved in a fist fight with each other after a concert in Myrtle Beach.

Co-vocalist Reeves sang in place of the absent Binzer, delivering a performance full of blunders and angry words for Binzer, as shown in a clip posted by a TikTok user.

Binzer eventually found his way into the concert and was featured in the social media clip engaging in a heated argument with Reeves, who later suffered a black eye.

In a clip published by TMZ, the band members could be seen backstage arguing over money and repeatedly getting physical with each other, with Reeves making threats towards members of Binzer’s family.

The row between the musicians stemmed from anger that the group’s lead singer, Binzer, was not present until the end of the show, TMZ reported, while Reeves provided vocals.

The exchange was eventually broken up after Reeves hit Binzer and the pair were fighting on the floor.

Insiders from the band told the outlet that the exchange was a “brother fight” and that the pair have since reconciled.

Reeves confirmed this in a clip he posted to Instagram showing off his black eye in the aftermath of the conflict.

“Me and Shifty got into a little scuffle, but it’s all good, we’re brothers,” Reeves said. “I love you all, I love you too, Shifty.”

Binzer was involved in an onstage confrontation with a sound engineer at a concert in Jacksonville, North Carolina, last week posted on YouTube.

He has been open about addiction issues in the past, appearing on multiple seasons of Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew.
