According to insiders, the iconic artist was considering a star-studded cast for the pivotal role, including Hollywood’s Demi Moore.
Irish actress Saoirse Ronan was also in the running to play an earlier stage in Sinead’s life, as well as Niamh Algar.

“She had tremendous respect for Demi and thought Niamh was a real rising star after seeing her on her TV series The Virtues.
“Sinéad also found Saoirse fierce and loved her from her 2015 film Brooklyn in which she played an Irish migrant.”
The source explained that when exploring initial concepts for the film, Sinead liked the idea of a “triptych approach” and envisioned a film that would showcase three different actresses.
They added that this creative direction playfully alluded to the Catholic Church’s symbolic trinity of father, son, and the Holy Spirit, adding a touch of satire to the story.
According to the publication, Sinéad’s management company had planned an album and tour, as well as the biopic.
More than 3,000 people gathered in her hometown to mourn the star with sobs as they sang “Nothing Compares to U” in a touching final farewell following her sudden death in London last month.
Sinéad’s eulogy said she “suffered more than her share of hardship and adversity.”
Imam Shaykh Dr Umar Al-Qadri added, “Gifted with a voice that moved a generation of young people, she could bring listeners to tears through her otherworldly resonance.
