Owner baffled by mysterious gadgets in her new home – and fears she’ll never be able to take them off

A busy mom is baffled by three gray bathroom aids taped to the ensuite shower wall in her new home.
The woman took pictures of the “confusing” Simple Human tools and confessed that she had no idea what it was or how to get rid of it.
“They’re actually glued or siliconed to the wall, someone went out of their way to make sure they never came off,” she complained.
The sleek gray bathroom accessories had two or three sets of four holes and were attached at chest and stomach height, further confusing the woman.
But it seemed the answer to her mind-numbing riddle was right before her eyes — ‘Simple Human’ makes soap dispensers, and the gray gadgets are the hooks.
These three sleek gadgets have left a homeowner very confused
People were quick to help her with her puzzle, identifying the items and even sending links to the online store.
“It’s a Simple Human triple wall mounted soap dispenser and two doubles,” said one woman.
And others confirmed that it was true.
“I have these, they are brilliant, I wouldn’t remove them, I would buy the bottles and use them,” said one woman.
The mother originally asked for help removing the ‘mysterious’ wall brackets from the wall and the people were happy to help too.
The brackets are for soap dispensers as shown in the photos – which sell for over $200
“Definitely use fishing line, it works wonderfully,” said one person.
Before others confirmed it would cut through the silicone but it should be used with protective gloves as it can be harsh on hands too.
Some people suggested starting with softening the edges.
“Can you try heating the edges with a hairdryer?” asked one.
“Eucalyptus oil can take the glue off, I dip it in a cotton swab,” said another.
