Model Simone Holtznagel appeared to lose a $75,000 diamond earring during her lavish vacation to the Maldives with her boyfriend Jono Castano.
At least that’s what some of her fans thought when she posted a clip to Instagram on Sunday in which she playfully quoted a famous scene from Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
Simone was jokingly pushed into the ocean by boyfriend Jono, before lip-syncing the famous scene where Kim lost a diamond earring on a trip to Bora Bora after her then-husband Kris Humphries threw her into the water.
“I’m going to get such a headache, my earrings are gone, omg I’m going to cry,” Simone said as Jono jumped in to help.
My diamond earring. Serious. It’s not funny. That’s $75,000,” Simone continued.

As the couple in love played out the scene, Simone continued to complain.
“We’re not going to find it in the ocean. My diamond earring came loose in the ocean and now it’s gone,’ Simone said through a mouth.
The clip then cut to Jono playing the role of Kris Jenner, giving Simone a reminder of the perspective.
“Kim, there are people dying,” he said.

Jono and Simone have been sharing photos of their tropical getaway for days, including a stay at the Conrad Maldives Rangali Island resort.

They are believed to be staying at the Muraka Residence, an ultra-private residence complete with its own pool, gym and underwater bedroom.
It costs a whopping $11,990 per night to stay in the room with the breakfast-inclusive rate.
It is believed that the trip could be a sponsored post for the influencers, with the couple tagging the resort and using the resort’s hashtags on Instagram.

While at the resort, the couple has enjoyed plenty of fun in the sun, such as sipping wines by the beach and romantic seaplane rides.

Their relationship became public knowledge after they were pictured kissing in May at Mimi’s, the celebrity hot spot owned by hospitality magnate Justin Hemmes, who is in a relationship with Simone’s sister Madeline.
Jono and ex-wife Amy Castano split in early 2021, but decided to keep up appearances before making an official announcement.
Although the co-owners of the ACERO gym are no longer together, they remain friends and continue to run their fitness empire together.
