A stunning model has been sued for vaping while decorating her Christmas tree.
Simone Holtznagel was seen smoking a disposable vaporizer while taking a break from spray painting her tree with fake white snow in an Instagram video on Monday night.
She wrote in the video’s caption: ‘When you’re an adult and you have to put the tree together yourself. (waiting for some Grinch to tell me that fake snow contains asbestos)’

One fan pointed out that the chemicals in the device were likely more harmful than the chemicals in the snow white spray can.
“I’m pretty sure there is asbestos in that vaporizer,” they wrote.
Simone took the comment in stride, replying ‘fair play sis’.
A recent government ad warning of the dangers of vaping featured an e-cigarette labeled ‘bug killer’ and the caption: ‘Do you know what you’re vaping?’

Simone debuted her body transformation several weeks ago, after slimming down over the course of 10 months with the help of her personal trainer boyfriend, Jono Castano.
Simone has also been proudly showing off her slender figure lately after losing 10kg.

Jono denied any suggestion that his weight loss was too drastic, telling Daily Mail Australia: ‘The way he got results was not by starving himself, it was through a structured programme.’
According to Jono, Simone did a combination of weights and reformer pilates and worked out three to four times a week for 45 minutes a day at her Acero gym.
Simone ate four meals a day and her diet was “very well balanced, incorporating all of her macronutrients into each meal,” Jono added.

Simone has faced backlash since revealing her body transformation, but said last month that she had been ignoring her critics.
“People have commented that it’s ‘triggering’, and that ‘before and after’ don’t belong in 2022…,” he told The Daily Telegraph.
