There was no shortage of female icons on display at Gainbridge Fieldhouse on Wednesday night, as Olympic heroes Simone Biles and Gabby Thomas came out to watch Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever.

Shortly after their gold medal at the 2024 Paris Olympics, sprinter Thomas and gymnast Biles attended the WNBA game. This was Biles’ first-ever game.

And after watching Clark break more records and the Fever record a win over the Connecticut Sun, the famous duo headed to the locker room to meet the players.

In a video posted by Fever on social media, many players seemed impressed by their meeting with Biles and Thomas, just weeks after their gold medal in Paris.

In a photo that will undoubtedly be viewed millions of times, Biles, Clark and Thomas pose together, showcasing the best of women’s sports in one image.

Then the rest of the team got involved and took turns having their picture taken with the duo that played the Olympics. Together they won six gold medals and one silver in Paris.

They both won three gold medals, with Biles winning the individual women’s all-around artistic events, the team women’s all-around artistic events, and the women’s artistic events in vault. She also won silver on floor.

Thomas has since won gold in the women’s 200 meters, the 4×100 meter relay and the 4×400 meter relay, making him one of Team USA’s biggest success stories.

It was also a gold medal year for Clark, who has been breaking records almost every week since he was the Fever’s first pick.

Indiana looks set to make the WNBA playoffs in Clark’s rookie year and is currently ranked seventh in the standings.

Thomas posted several photos from her trip to Indiana on social media on Wednesday, first sharing a selfie with the caption: “Hello Indy.”

Biles, meanwhile, filmed her arrival at Gainbridge Fieldhouse and then snapped a photo of her drink in the VIP box where the athletes were seated.
