Taking to Instagram after the match, the 63-year-old media mogul shared snaps of his time looking out from inside a box before midfielder Mason Mount came over to chat with eight-year-old Eric and sign the youngster’s ball.
In one adorable moment, Simon hid his face under a Chelsea flag as he posed for a photo with Eric, his fiancée Lauren Silverman and the club’s mascots.
Simon, who previously credited his son with saving his life by keeping him from becoming obsessed with work, looked in high spirits as he had fun with his family.
