The star decided to write his last wishes after suffering traumatic bicycle accident in which he suffered an injured arm.

The music mogul described the process as “one of the most depressing things I’ve ever done, and one of the hardest,” as he revealed that “everything he cares about” will be included in the will.

Speaking about the sick experience with The Sun, Simon said: ‘Unfortunately you have to – and that day, when it comes, is like, ‘Jesus, I now have to spend the next few hours talking about my death. ‘It was horrible. But the fact that I have done it now gives me peace.’

Simon has also revealed in the past that he hopes to clone his puppies, such is his love for them.

He revealed he plans to spend £180,000 to have them cloned by harvesting their genes through a South Korean company.

The star told The Sun on Sunday: “I’m 100 per cent into cloning the dogs, all of them. “We’ve researched it thoroughly, got all the details together and I can prove to you that I’m going to clone them. There is documentation.

“I do it because I can’t bear the thought of them not being there.”

The dogs regularly travel with Simon as he works in both Los Angeles and London, as well as an annual trip to the Caribbean, and during the flight the dogs are given their own squeaky toys to play with, and custom-made jum-bones.
