Simon Cowell raised concerns among viewers of Britain’s Got Talent over his appearance on the new series’ launch show on Saturday.
The music mogul, 63, is back on the jury alongside Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and newcomer Bruno Tonioli.
However, ReOne viewers responded to their concerns on Twitter by saying, “Simon looks skinny #BGT.”
While another said, “What’s the matter with Simon?”
A third viewer commented, ‘Watching #BGT2023, who’s that besides Amanda Holden? Looks like Simon Cowell.’

A fourth wrote, “WTF has Simon Cowell done to his face?” while a fifth said, “Seeing Simon Cowell and his face!”
It comes after Simon insisted he’s never had a facelift after hosts Ant & Dec made a cheeky joke about his changing looks at a press event.
Declan Donnelly introduced the judges to the audience and said, “We have a new face on the jury.”
To which Ant McPartlin joked ‘What? Simon has a new face?’
However, the music mogul hit back after the Geordie duo both joked about his ‘new face’ during the opening episode.
Speaking to The Mirror, Simon laughed off the suggestion that he had gone under the knife, despite his drastically changed features.
‘I think it’s hysterical. I mean it just makes me laugh. I haven’t had a facelift or anything.’
“I’ve had a little Botox or whatever, but nothing drastic. So when I hear about things like this, I honestly have to laugh.’

Appearing on Lorraine ahead of the talent show return this week, fans expressed concern for the star with one writing, “He appears to have changed his face making him look odd.”
Another added: “Simon Cowell has been looking like a completely different person lately.”
While a third wrote: ‘Simon Cowell looks like a hologram’.
Recently, Simon has raised concern over his radically different facial features, which look unrecognizable, most notably in a Britain’s Got Talent promo.
The record label boss caused a sensation for his ‘unrecognisable’ performance at the Royal Variety Performance, which was filmed on December 2 and broadcast on ITV later that month.

It comes after, at the age of 63, he expressed his hopes of becoming a father again and even quit smoking in an attempt to become the perfect parent.
The music mogul, who already shares nine-year-old son Eric with 45-year-old fiancé Laura Silverman, said while it “might not happen,” he would like to grow his family.
Speak against The sun Simon said, “Being a father is the best thing that ever happened to me. I love every second I spend with it [Eric]’.
“But with kids, you never know if they’ll be happy being alone, or how he’d feel if there was another one?”
Before adding, “So look, will it happen?” Don’t know. But I would like another child. I really enjoy being a father.’
He told The mirror how he had given up his 40 cigarettes a day smoking habit since he traded single life for fatherhood.
Last October, the BGT judge’s friend, Sinitta, said how Eric did his best to prevent his father from giving up smoking.
Telling The Mirror: ‘He follows him around, with that smoking thing, he only allows Simon one puff of a cigarette, he always says, ‘how many puffs, how many puffs’, Eric is like a little cigarette police, keeping him on his toes . It’s very sweet.’
