This is the horrific moment Carolina Panthers player Tommy Tremble was knocked unconscious after a sickening hit during Sunday’s game against the Chicago Bears.
Slow-motion replays showed the tight end hitting the ground and not immediately getting to his feet after a brutal collision with Bears’ Jaquan Brisker at Soldier Field.
The sickening scenes came with just under three minutes left in the first half, when Tremble hauled in a seven-yard pass from quarterback Andy Dalton and began charging down the field.
In an attempt to sail past Brisker, Tremble lowered his helmet as the Bears safety lowered his shoulder, causing the two to collide brutally head-on.
The sickening hit brought down both players, but while Brisker eventually managed to get to his feet, Tremble collapsed on top of him and lay motionless even after sliding off his opponent.

Tremble suffered a concussion after the terrifying goal, but was able to walk to the locker room under his own power.
He did not return in the first half and was considered doubtful to return to the match.
The goal forced a fumble from the immobile Tremble, who was left disturbingly limp on the grass as players from both teams trampled him in an attempt to recover the ball.
Bears defensive lineman Gervon Dexter recovered the fumble, but disturbing scenes continued to play out as he celebrated.
The Panthers players and staff quickly surrounded Tremble, who appeared to be completely unconscious as he pulsated on the ground.
Chicago later took advantage of the turnover by delivering a three-play, 44-yard drive to the end zone to take a 21–7 lead.
Bears running back D’Andre Swift moved the ball downfield on a 42-yard catch-and-run before scoring on a one-yard rush.

Caleb Williams later threw a touchdown pass in the closing stages of the second quarter to give the Bears a 27-7 halftime lead.
The incident came amid growing fears for player safety within the league, just a week after Denver Broncos running back Tyler Badie collapsed on the sideline.
Badie landed awkwardly on his head and neck on the MetLife Stadium grounds during a game for the Broncos against the New York Jets before managing to return to the sideline.
Just seconds later, he collapsed to the ground while standing among his teammates, and medics rushed to his aid.
