Married At First Sight star Ash Galati has stunned fans once again with his remarkable fitness journey, revealing an incredible 15kg weight loss.

On Sunday, the former reality star posted a sultry selfie at the gym, showing off his shredded physique, complete with washboard abs and intricate tattoos.

The groom-to-be caused a sensation with his turbulent ‘marriage’ to psychic Madeleine Maxwell.

Ash has clearly been trying his best in the gym, and his followers were quick to flood the comments with praise.

Dressed in tight black shorts and white sneakers, Ash struck a confident pose as he sat on gym equipment.

His muscular arms, chiselled abs and the striking tattoos on his chest and arms were the focal point of the image, which he captured on his phone.

A kettlebell next to him and a towel on the floor indicated the intensity of his workouts, while his reflection in the mirror showed off his impressive transformation.

Ash’s followers wasted no time in showing their admiration in the comments. Fellow MAFS groom Jack Dunkley cheekily wrote: “When does the OF drop?” – a playful reference to OnlyFans – to which Ash teasingly replied, “Hahaha, soon.”

Another follower, Jesse Konstantinoff, couldn’t resist poking fun at Ash’s gym clothes, joking: “Love the great shirtless hygiene on the machines,” accompanied by a laughing emoji.

But amid the light-hearted jabs, the response was overwhelmingly positive.

Fans were genuinely impressed by Ash’s transformation, with one calling him a ‘Beast’ and another saying ‘Yeah mate, looks great’, punctuated by heart and fire emojis.

The praise follows Ash’s previous post where he shared a side-by-side photo of his weight loss journey.

In the caption, he revealed that he had not drastically changed his lifestyle despite losing weight.

‘How did I lose 30 pounds, but still eat donuts and pizza, work 8 hours a day, marry a stranger, party on the weekends? Ask me how!!!!’ he wrote, noting that his approach to fitness may be more balanced than most would expect.

It comes after Galati told Ny Breaking Australia in March that he would not return to MAFS in the future as he is currently off the market.

‘I definitely don’t think I would do that. No.’

“I’ve thankfully started dating again and things are going well, but it’s still very early days,” he said.

He recently admitted that he had never seen MAFS before signing on for the series.

“I was so damn naive about the whole thing, I literally never looked into it,” he wrote on Instagram.

‘I shop at Myer for wedding suits and dinner party outfits, while a few guests at the show had already signed deals with costume rental companies to wear. I didn’t get the memo.’

“I took my chance, I crashed and burned and that’s life and it’s honestly fine. It’s time to move on. Staying stuck in the past jeopardizes your future. I still want love, and I know I’ll get it. I guess I’ll have to do it the old fashioned way……TINDER.’

The infamous couple failed to bond and their ill-fated marriage reached a breaking point after a dramatic honeymoon in which they struggled to get to know each other.

In scenes from their honeymoon, Madeleine burst into tears when she saw a herd of cows and told Ash that she had been contacted by ‘spirits’ during their dinner, leaving her groom confused.

Ash has now revealed even more ‘wild’ moments from their honeymoon that didn’t make it into the film, as he gave a candid insight into his MAFS journey.

Ash described their honeymoon as ‘traumatic, chaotic and crazy’ as he claimed Madeleine didn’t try to get involved or get to know him.

“She accused me of being a police officer. I’m surprised it wasn’t shown,” he told Ny Breaking Australia.

“She says, ‘You’re a cop, you’re trying to interrogate me,’ I say, ‘No, I’m not trying to interrogate you. I’m trying to get to know you. There’s a difference.” But she just took whatever looked like her. Whenever anyone asked questions about being a psychic or a medium, she was super defensive, as were other couples at our wedding.”

He claimed there was only ‘dead silence’ when the cameras weren’t there as he reflected on his struggle to further his bond with former Home And Away star Madeleine.

Ash admitted that he started to doubt their connection the morning after the wedding, but decided to go ahead with the experiment after getting advice from the other couples who overcame their early problems.

“She was just really quiet the morning after the wedding. She was on the phone a lot with her friends, but we didn’t really talk, and once we got on the mic and then the camera crew was there, it was over the top, and she kept of me, and I’m the funniest man in the world.’
