Motorists can save $90 on a dashcam at Walmart, which customers say is “great value.”
The Nexpow Dashcam front and rear is a “best seller” and “popular choice” from Walmart that usually costs $130.
It’s currently available for just $40 on Walmart’s website.
This competitively priced dashcam can help prove that an accident wasn’t the driver’s fault or identify who wrecked a vehicle, potentially saving the owner thousands of dollars.
Some insurance companies offer discounts to policyholders who have dashcams installed as they can reduce the risk of fraudulent claims and facilitate smoother claims processes.

All Walmart customers can take advantage of the deal, but it only lasts until the end of January 2025.
One of the biggest features of the 1080P Full HD Nexpow dashcam is its dual-channel recording capabilities.
The front of the camera captures full HD footage, while the back records in 720P, which is considered high-definition.
Thanks to the images and recordings, drivers get a clear picture of their environment.
Shoppers who purchase this product also do not have to worry about purchasing an additional memory card as the camera features loop recording.
Loop recording is a feature that allows old recordings to be overwritten with new ones when the storage is full.
This would mean that the new recordings from the NEXPOW dashcam will automatically replace old files without the owner having to replace the memory card.
The only images not affected by this feature are those captured by the dashcam during a sudden jolt or collision involving the vehicle.
“Overall, the in-car camera is an excellent choice for drivers looking for a reliable, versatile, and compact device that provides all-around protection and helps keep you and your family safe,” the Walmart description reads .
The dashcam also serves as a 24-hour parking monitor, is easy to install and the instructions mean shoppers don’t have to worry about installation.

Approximately 70 percent of Walmart shoppers comprise more than 1,400 product buyers who gave the NEXPOW Front and Rear Dash Cam a five-star rating.
Several buyers have praised the camera in recent months, with one buyer claiming he purchased the product for just $38.
“For the little bit of money (literally only $38) I spent on this product, I am very pleased with it,” the shopper wrote in March 2024.
“I have yet to install the backup camera because I think I may have to mount it outside my 2016 Chevy Equinox. But for the most part, I’m happy with my purchase.
Another buyer wrote: ‘My daughter asked for a dashcam and I found this dashcam on a bargain sale! So happy with this purchase! she will be happy.’
Unfortunately, Walmart shoppers who bought the camera this month were unhappy with the product, with more than one person calling it “cheap.”
“This is a horrible item, every time you turn it on it asks you to format your memory card,” one Walmart shopper wrote last month.
‘But I could only format it once, then the two memory cards I bought were damaged, not a single second was recorded. STAY AWAY FROM THIS dashcam.’

Before the Walmart slash, the dash camera was available for purchase on the NEXPOW website.
The dash camera was listed on the website for $110 before NEXPOW dropped the price to $90.
Even if shoppers wanted to purchase the camera on the NEXPOW website, that wouldn’t be possible as the product is now sold out.
Walmart shoppers who do go ahead with the dash camera purchase should also note that a protection plan is not included in the $40 price.
A two-year protection plan costs an additional $4, while a three-year protection plan costs an additional $6.
All of these prices, including the initial $40 for the camera, do not include tax.
