Shoppers race to JCPenney for ‘crazy’ sale where $150 items are ringing up to just $3

Shoppers should consider visiting their nearest JCPenney if they hope to score items worth up to $150 for just $3.

Content creator Rachel Hollywood (txbargain_huntress) took to a TikTok to show off several JCPenney items she bought at bargain prices video on October 27.

Hollywood revealed that she purchased the items at a JCPenney in Houston, Texas.

Among the $3 discounted products was a 14-piece cutlery set, the MVMT 12 Ft booster cables and meterand a George Foreman removable 4-serving plate and panini grill.

The TikToker did not confirm whether the possible sale prices include tax and whether all her purchased items cost $3.

Texas-based shopper Rachel Hollywood claimed she purchased several items for as little as $3 at JCPenney

Hollywood explained in the video’s comments section that she visited the store on October 25 to purchase bed rolls.

The TikToker claimed she accidentally discovered the sale while she was at the store.

The exact 14-piece cutlery set that Hollywood purchased is not for sale on the JCPenney website, but there are similar products available for more than $100.

Perhaps Hollywood’s biggest bargain was the multiple bedroll priced at $120 each.

The TikToker claimed that each of the double bedrolls originally cost $120 each, but she only spent $3 per product.

Other products Hollywood claimed to save money on included games, clothing, shoes, wallets and jumper cables.

This sale would be one of many events JCPenney is promoting, offering quality products at discounted prices.

One of these is the Early Access Black Friday Jewelry Flash Sale, where jewelry is up to 75 percent off.

These online deals end tomorrow, but the department store chain is also offering great deals on clothing and furniture to celebrate the holidays.

JCPenney has a history of offering great deals on its products, despite its history of declining sales.

The department store chain was $4 billion in debt in 2018, and Columbia University’s Director of Retail Studies Mark Cohen claimed he was in a “leaky boat that will eventually sink” while speaking to CNN that year.

JCPenney later closed more than 240 stores, offered a variety of liquidation sales, and filed for bankruptcy in 2020.

The department store chain has now made a major turnaround in terms of debt, but closed at least four stores in the US this year.

Other items TikTokers claimed they bought at JCPenney for low prices included clothing and coffee makers.
