Australian shoppers are flocking to their nearest Kmart stores to get their hands on a brand new ‘must-have’ purchase for winter.
The budget retailer recently launched hundreds of brand new seasonal buys for homes and kitchens across the country, but one specific product is getting all the attention.
Women are ‘obsessed’ with the $12 thermal leggings, claiming the cheap trousers ‘get them through the winter’.
“I love them, Kmart’s thermal leggings are better than high-end brands,” said one five-star reviewer.
Australia has recently seen temperatures plummet across the country, with thousands taking out their winter coats in revenge.

While it may be easier to layer tops, the thermal pants will keep your legs warm and toasty all day long.

Shoppers shared their rave reviews online.
‘They’re so great! I work outside and they keep me so warm,” said one.
“I love them, I have four and I currently live in one,” another added.
It is recommended to wash the leggings inside out so that they do not pill.
‘Order them online if necessary, they are always sold out in the stores!’ one advised.
As for other Kmart winter purchases, the retailer has wowed shoppers with a brand new $40 winter wardrobe essential – and fashion lovers have likened it to a luxury purchase worth almost $4,000.
The Kmart Crop Trench Coat ($40) is available in a sandstone shade in sizes eight through size 20.
Australians have noticed that the budget purchase is very similar to similar plans from Burberry ($3,350) and Loewe ($3,990).

All items are in the same tones and feature a lapel neck, oversized sleeves, pockets and shoulder straps – with the Kmart and Loewe pieces also featuring dropped shoulders.
The purchase is called ‘perfect’ for the Australian winter as it can be used to expertly combine outfits and add a touch of elegance to any look.
A few even said they preferred the sleek design of the Kmart version to the more expensive purchases from Burberry and Loewe.
“I would choose Kmart over any other,” echoed another.
One shopper said she would like to customize the outfit to her taste.
“I would buy it and change the buttons to gold to give it an extra edge,” she said.
Kmart Insider revealed that the trench is also comparable to purchases from other favorite brands such as Glassons ($79.99), Forever New ($139.95), Decjuba ($159.95), The Iconic ($190) and Country Road ($349).
