Women are ‘obsessed’ with a line of cotton underwear that’s as cute as it is comfortable, made by a new Australian underwear brand.
Chouchou Intimates launched its first 100 percent organic cotton range called Georgia after years of customer demand – and now they’re trying to keep up with the demand.
When the Georgia cotton line was announced, more than 12,000 customers joined the waiting list to be the first to get their hands on the adorable underwear, and since launching in September an item has sold out every six minutes.
Tina Grasso, from Sydney, who founded Chouchou four years ago, said while underwear material is a personal preference, many people love cotton for its comfort and durability.
“The benefits of organic cotton are that they are highly breathable and hypoallergenic, this is a fabric designed to keep you cool, dry and fresh all day for a pleasant, irritation-free experience,” she told FEMALE.

Chouchou founder Tina Grasso described the design as: ‘inspired by retro silhouettes and vintage-inspired details, available in pink, white and black with a red trim and velvet bows’
“It’s also durable, standing up to frequent washing and everyday use, while remaining incredibly soft and supple.”
It’s not just the luxurious cotton that excites underwear lovers, but also the sexy styles of the Georgia line.
“The design is inspired by retro silhouettes and vintage-inspired details. The underwear sets are available in pink, white and black, each with a bright red trim and red velvet bows,” Tina explained.
“The result is subtle yet bold and gives the cotton a much more premium and elevated feel than ever before.”
The most popular items from this range are the baby wraps for $69.95 in two sweet prints and the $49.95 bralette which comes in pink, white or black.
Chouchou’s Georgia cotton line has even caught the attention of celebrities such as Abbie Chatfield, who said she was ‘obsessed’ with the ‘delicious’ cotton underwear.
The G-string in the same colors for $25.95 comes in as the second best seller and can be purchased in a bralette set for $79.95.
There are also shorts for $27.95, as well as $35.95 Georgia shorts that can be customized with a cheeky name or message.
Also included in the range is the $19.95 bow beret that can be stitched with your initials and the $9.95 heart mesh socks.
Online shoppers have been raving about the collection for its flattering fit and practicality.
“I ordered one of the bralettes and all three panties and I’m obsessed! I can’t wait to buy the other matching bras,” said one woman.

Tina said she was overwhelmed by the response from shoppers to the Georgia collection, which she said has been their most successful launch to date.
“I never expected from the moment we uploaded the soon-to-be-launched collection to have so much interest! A waiting list of 12,000 is something I’ve all dreamed of,” she said.
The founder added that Chouchou’s customer base has grown by more than 25 percent since Georgia’s launch.
“We also launched custom bows which are a new addition and accessory to our collections and this has all been something I didn’t expect to be so popular – we have almost 70 per cent of orders involving bows,” she said. .
