The vehicle then rushes over his limp body using first the front wheel and then the rear wheel, pinning the man to the ground.

According to a witness, other bystanders managed to chase the arrested driver
The woman who shared the images online stated that the cyclists were expected to recover.
She said the witnesses chased the driver and convinced him to return to the accident scene.
As police helped the victims, Hylander ran up to Geppert and shouted “I’m sorry,” according to the officers’ report.
“Hylander continued to apologize for running Geppert over,” the report said. “As Hyander spoke to us, his breath gave off the odor of an alcoholic beverage.”
