Shocking scenes as The Project host Sam Taunton starts gushing ‘blood’ live on air: ‘I’m feeling a little faint’
Sam Taunton appeared to be bloodied and passed out on Tuesday’s episode of The Project.
After a commercial break, the show introduced a segment featuring Celia Pacquola, but as soon as it started, Sam turned away from the camera.
When he turned around, it looked like blood was pouring from his nose.
“Sorry, I’m feeling a little faint!” exclaimed Sam, dabbing at the flood of red liquid that trickled down his face.
“Oh god, oh no, are you serious!” exclaimed co-host Kate Langbroek, before asking Sam if he was “pranking” the team.

“Is there anything you can do to help me?” he exclaimed, now plastered in what looked like blood.
‘Yes, I’m going to take over your job. You are fired! Welcome back to The Project!’ joked Celia.
“Seriously, you are a piece of (BLEEP). Is that serious!’ she added, clearly shocked.
Sam eventually relented and admitted it was all done in jest, telling his fellow players, “It’s not real!” Or is it? No, it’s not real.’
“Is there anything you can do to help me?” he exclaimed, plastered in plasma. ‘Yes, I’m going to take over your job. You are fired! Welcome back to The Project!’ Celia (left) joked
After completing his shock prank, Sam was given a washcloth to clean up the fake blood all over his face and hands.
‘Is everyone okay? Is it serious? It’s really not serious. Were you there? You’re cheeky!’ Celia said.
“It’s good to know that in an emergency my instinct is to step over the corpse!” she added with a laugh once the joke was revealed.
“Oh god, oh no, are you serious!” co-host Kate Langbroek (pictured) exclaimed before Sam was asked if he was “pranking” the team. Sam finally gave in and admitted it was a joke
