Shocking moment woman pretending to be CPS investigator tries to lure boy, 4, away from home
Shocking moment when woman pretending to be a detective tries to lure boy (4) away from his house on his bicycle to ‘scare his parents’
- Lisa Nacrelli, 44, was arrested Monday and charged with seducing children
- Security video appears to show her approaching the boy as he sits on his bike outside his home in Ohio on Saturday
- Nacrelli claimed she had been drinking before the incident and felt the boy was not supervised
Terrifying footage captured the moment a woman allegedly tried to lure a four-year-old boy away from his Ohio home, posing as a child protective worker to “scare his parents.”
Lisa Nacrelli, 44, was arrested Monday in Cincinnati and charged with seducing children after the boy’s family notified authorities of the alleged kidnapping attempt.
The family’s security video appears to show Nacrelli approaching the boy as he sits on his bicycle outside his home in Norwood on Saturday.
The woman is then seen talking to the boy for several minutes and running her hands through his hair and back.
The boy’s father, Timothy Spradlin, told FOX19 NOW that after interacting with Nacrelli for a few minutes, the boy felt uncomfortable with the way she touched him.

“She touched him uncomfortably enough to where he put his hands up,” the father said. “We taught him stranger danger, and he put his hands up and said, ‘I need to go talk to my mom.'”
Indeed, the video shows the moment when the boy tells the woman to go inside and get his mother.
Jaimie Spradlin, the boy’s mother, told ABC affiliate WCPO that Nacrelli then introduced herself as a CPS operative, showing a badge with her name and “calling out the names of her children.”
Nacrelli asked if she could inspect the family’s home, claiming she was there because someone had reported it, Spradlin said. The woman left after inspecting the home.
The family then reportedly contacted CPS and were told that no case was involved with them and that the agency had not sent a representative to their home.
“Everything was a lie, and now we’re sitting on top of this with anger that this even happened, terrified because I don’t know what her plan was,” the boy’s mother said.
“I know she told my son she has a black car and has a really nice car seat in it for him.”

Nacrelli claimed in court that she had been drinking since waking up on the day of the incident.
“I walked over to Kroger to get more beer on the walk home. I saw a young child who I felt was not supervised, so in an attempt to scare the parent I pretended to be from CPS,” she told the court.
But the boy’s mother insists that Nacrelli asked the boy to come with her three times.
“Obviously your intention was to take my son, to convince him to walk you down the street to this house, which I didn’t even know you lived so close to, which is terrifying in itself,” Spradlin said.
According to WCPO, Nacrelli lives a block away from Spradlin’s house.
She is unemployed and has a criminal record with arrests for disorderly conduct in 2005 and 2011.
Police said Nacrelli was also charged with burglary and impersonating an officer on Tuesday.
Nacrelli cried during her bail hearing on Tuesday, after which she was released on her own authority with electronic monitoring.
The boy’s father wrote on Facebook on Monday: “This woman who touched my child is back on the street. This woman must be put away.’
