Shocking moment when woman rants viciously at neighbor who ordered her to keep her dog out of her garage

This is the shocking moment when a woman rants wildly at her neighbor after being asked to keep her dog off their property.
Footage of their exchange has been shared on Reddit of the argument, which supposedly took place in suburban Raleigh, North Carolina.
According to the homeowner who began filming, the angry woman’s dog had regularly entered her garage.
The homeowner can be heard through her door camera saying, “You need to get your dog, you need to put your dog on a leash, and keep your dog out of my yard.”
The video then cuts to that of a phone camera on the sidewalk outside the two houses.
The angry neighbor told the woman, “I’ll show you the fuck crazy” before ranting at the woman
She continues: ‘I’m not going in, this is my property. I’m not on your turf, you look crazy. You look like you’ve lost your mind.”
Her angry neighbor can be heard yelling, “Then I’ll show you the fuckin’ crazy.”
The neighbor then appears with two other unknown women and sits down on a chair on the sidewalk before beginning to speak what appears to be Arabic.
The filming woman continues: “You act like a child, do you talk to people like that?”
Her neighbor then begins to approach her and grabs and pulls another woman, believed to be a relative of hers, out of the way.
In a bizarre statement, she then says to the woman filming, “Girl, you better get off me,” followed by “You’re black, so you think you have rights.”
Startled, the recording woman fires back, saying, “Oh girl, let’s make it right.” She has to say what she has to say. I’ll make sure everyone knows you’re a racist.”

In a bizarre statement she says to the filming woman: ‘you are black so you think you have rights’.
The angry neighbor marches over and then says, “You’re racist, you just think you’re black, so you’re right in my face.”
‘Oh she’s black guys, be scared, run away. I don’t give a shit if you’re purple.”
The woman continues, “You let your dog run in my garage in my yard, how wrong I am.”
The entire exchange had happened in front of the irate neighbour’s children.
