Shocking moment waiters get into a fight with ‘foreign customers’ after a fight breaks out in a cafe in Venice’s famous St. Mark’s Square

This is the shocking moment waiters clash with allegedly foreign customers after a row broke out in a cafe in Venice’s famous St. Mark’s Square.
Footage shows a group of men pushing each other and bumping into tables and chairs on the outdoor terrace of Caffè Chioggia in St. Mark’s Square.
The men are seen kicking and punching each other, while one man held a chair in front of his chest, apparently to protect himself.
Tourists enjoying their morning coffee in the cafe under the Marciana Library and opposite the famous Doge’s Palace were shocked when the fighting broke out and quickly retreated.
According to the Italian newspaper, four male customers of ‘foreign nationality’ and at least seven waiters were involved in the brawl Corriere de Veneto.

A massive brawl ensued with both sides appearing to become increasingly violent as they kicked and punched their opponents.
The video was taken last Thursday by an English-speaking woman, who can be heard saying: ‘What’s happening? Oh my god’ behind the camera.
The waiters involved in the altercation did not reveal a reason to Corriere del Veneto.
The owner of the cafe, Sebastiano De Zotti, is not answering at the moment.
