Reno police were dispatched to a home around 10:45 a.m. on Dec. 6 after multiple reports of a woman frantically screaming for help and saying a man was killing another woman in her home.

When officers arrived at the home, they found the suspect identified Caleb Briggs, 34, with one hand behind his back.

Briggs told the officer to “get the hell out of my house.” The officer replied that he was not in his house.

Briggs became more irate and said, “How about you get off my property? before asking the officer if he had a search warrant.

When the officer said he didn't have one, Briggs joked, “I didn't think so, so fuck it, pack it and adios.” If I'm not arrested and no one files charges…

The officer then asked Briggs, “So you're not the problem?”

In the next clip, Briggs is seen charging toward the officer as another deputy assists. As the officers attempt to restrain Briggs, the fight escalates and one of the officers shoots the suspect twice.
