This is the terrifying moment when an out of control dog attacked two police horses in a park.
The footage, taken yesterday by a passerby in London’s Victoria Park, shows a small dog attacking the two horses as officers yell for the dog to be leashed.
The crowd is seen to intervene, with a man using a long stick to get the dog away from the horses.
Officers were heard shouting “get the dog now,” “get the dog,” and “go ahead” as they attempted to control the horses, which violently kicked out.
The man in camouflage turns out to be the owner who seems to stand back while other people intervene.

The footage, taken yesterday by a passerby in London’s Victoria Park, shows a small dog attacking the two horses as officers yell for the dog to be leashed.
An officer mounted immediately after the dog was led away from the horse and yelled to get the dog on a leash immediately.
One of the horses is said to have suffered leg injuries and both were traumatized after the dog bit their legs and body.
A witness, 37, told the Sun she was walking her dog when she saw the other dog watching the horses.
She said, “It was shocking and scary. You could tell it was bad. I saw the dog and the body language was way too interested in the horses and wanted to antagonize them.
“The officers tried to persuade the owner to control and detain the dog.”
She said one person managed to grab the dog, but the owner then took the time to put the dog on a leash.

The witness added that she was “apologetic” that there was nothing she could do to help, but felt she needed to control her own dog.
She accused some dog breed owners of buying them just for the “status” and urged dog owners to keep their pets on a leash.
The Metropolitan Police have been approached for comment.
