A shocking video shows the moment a female high school teacher was thrown to the ground as she tried to break up a fight between two students.

The horrific incident occurred on Monday, May 20 at Hurshel Antwine Middle School in East El Paso, Texas.

In the disturbing film materialyou see how the female teacher frantically tries to get between the two students.

Suddenly, one of the boys aggressively grabs the teacher and throws her to the ground, while classmates scream in shock.

After the teacher was thrown to the ground, the boy launched himself at his opponent again.

The incident took place at Hurshel Antwine Middle School in East El Paso, Texas

The pair continued to argue, bumping into desks and throwing fellow students aside in fear.

Finally, two other staff members appeared in the doorway and asked, “What are you doing?” as they help the teacher, who was still lying on the floor in the corner of the room.

Video of the frenzied fight has since gone viral online and the school’s principal has issued a statement to concerned parents in light of the nerve-wracking incident at the high school.

“Hello, this is Patricia Fernandez, principal of Hurshel Antwine Middle School. “I am calling to inform you that an altercation occurred today between students in a classroom on our campus,” the statement began.

‘This was an isolated incident between individual students. The students involved will be spoken to by administration and law enforcement, if necessary.

‘There was no threat to other students or the campus. Thank you for your continued trust and support of Hurshel Antwine Middle School and Team SISD.”
